Sandra Hewitt-Parsons is an art psychotherapist, published author and founder of Safe Harbour Expressive Therapies. The first art psychotherapist on the west coast of Newfoundland, she specializes in trauma-informed recovery for individuals who struggle with stress-related mental health issues. As a childhood stroke survivor, Sandra personally knows the healing power of creativity. Using a client centered body-focused approach, Sandra helps people discover their voice when it's difficult to find the words to describe feelings, thoughts or past experiences.
