Happy Mental Health Week!

As a salute to Mental Health Week, I thought it would be interesting to give you a brief history of art therapy, and why it’s so important for mental well-being. Perhaps it’s because I’m the first art psychotherapist on the west coast that people often assume that art psychotherapy is a new concept.
